Refund policy

SKYLINE HORIZONS PTE. LTD.  prioritizes customer satisfaction. This policy describes return eligibility, procedures, and refund processing.


1. Return Window

Customers may request returns within 14–30 days from delivery, depending on promotional terms.


2. Eligible Items

  • Must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Defective or incorrect items are fully refundable.


3. Return Authorization

All returns require prior approval:

Return instructions will be provided. Unauthorized returns may be refused.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers pay for return shipping unless the item is defective or sent incorrectly.


5. Refund Processing

  • Approval within 3–5 business days of receipt

  • Refund to original payment method within 5–10 business days

Refunds are processed through Stripe or the original payment provider.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours. Once fulfillment begins, cancellation is not guaranteed.


7. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes regarding returns/refunds should first be directed to support.

  • Unresolved disputes may proceed to mediation or arbitration in accordance with U.S. law.
